Learn More about Marina Taylor

Marina graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1986 and has been practicing family and marital law since 1987. Marina has been a solo practitioner in the Brandon-Riverview area since 1993. She specifically chose family law because she felt it was a natural extension of her nursing background.

She was inspired to go to law school after counseling individuals who had experienced divorces that left them emotionally and financially devastated. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 1986.
 
With 25 years of experience in her chosen area of family and marital law, she finds great personal satisfaction in being able to transition clients out of long-term, complex marriages while still protecting their financial assets. In cases involving children, Ms. Taylor is particularly sensitive to protecting minor children from the negative impact of a custody battle.
 
She practices as a Tampa divorce lawyer and Brandon/Riverview divorce lawyer in the areas of child custody, child support, divorce, alimony, military divorce, prenuptial agreements, modification of child support, and child custody.

Ms. Taylor's longstanding reputation among her colleagues and judiciary is highly regarded. She is known for her artfully negotiated out-of-court settlements as well as her confident and persuasive courtroom demeanor. Ms. Taylor resides in Riverview, with her husband, Lawrence C. Taylor, Jr., a local ophthalmologist and her two children, a 10-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter.
